For one user:
– Put 1 Dong Thap Fresh Lotus Flower in a cup and add 300ml – 500ml of boiling water
– Cover the teapot for 5-10 minutes.
Because there is still almost the amount of essential oil, just 1 Dong Thap Fresh Lotus Flower can be extracted 2-3 times and can be used all day.
For two or more users:
– It is recommended to use 2 Dong Thap Fresh Lotus Flowers for 3 people.
– Put 2 Dong Thap Fresh Lotus Flowers in a teapot with 500-700 ml of boiling water
– Close the lid for 5-10 minutes
